The Power Of Text
My
mind is confused; I am still staring at my computer screen, not knowing how to explain. If asked me,
writing is difficult, but yet the best way to speak out your mind. The lecture three discusses about the topic "text".

This
topic simply reminds me, the funeral speech of Brutus, where he speaks to the
people of Rome against Caesar, but Mark Anthony did not only, change the mindset of people. He also turned the tables against Brutus and
Caesar’s conspirators. This is what I view as, the power of text, writing or
probably speech. A fast and a versatile way, which not only dominates online, but
also, explains everything simply.
The
Wikipedia describes text as a “representation of written language”. A good
journalist needs to have good and creative writing skills. Text plays a very
significant role in media. From newspapers to magazines, the articles, blogs
and news stories needs to be written in a very skilled form, which should be
able to give the exact information to its readers.
It
is in an inverted form of pyramid that is; it starts from the most important
part to the least important. The first paragraph of every text should be able
to give the main information about the incident or situation. The lecture three
on ‘text’ was one of the interesting concepts, which I really liked. I am not
so good at writing, I like writing simple and short, but it always ends up the
other way.
I
would like to end it, by this simple and a beautiful quote on text:
“The pen is the tongue of the soul;
as are the thoughts engendered there, so will be the things written.”

Thank you
This is a good piece, but it has a lot of potential. I recommend looking over your use of commas and semi colons; they are misused in parts and give your writing a stilted, cramped feeling. A good proofreading will do this wonders.Other than that, I'm a fan.
